These Terms govern your access to and use of Banalog. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't, don't use the service.
Who can use Banalog
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your province/state) and legally able to enter contracts.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials private and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access (Contact).
Beta phase & Golden pricing
Banalog is currently in Beta. Golden access is included during Beta while launch pricing is finalized. We'll notify users by email at least 30 days before any paid billing starts.
Subscriptions, billing & refunds
Once Golden pricing begins, subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime. Access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by consumer-protection law.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service. Specifically: no reverse-engineering, no scraping at volume, no using Banalog for illegal activity, no attempting to access accounts that aren't yours.
Not financial advice
Banalog is a tool for tracking and organizing your money. We are not a bank, broker, investment advisor, or tax professional. Nothing in the service is financial, legal, or tax advice. Talk to a licensed professional for advice on your specific situation.
Beta-phase disclaimer
During Beta, the service is provided as-is. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, calculation errors, or other issues that may arise while the product is in active development. Keep independent backups of anything critical.
Warranties & liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the province or state where Banalog is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless required otherwise by applicable consumer law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be sent by email or shown in-app at least 30 days before they take effect.
